Life is like...
busy, frustrating, happy, sad, fast, fun, difficult, easy, a struggle, different, same, sweet, challenging but most of all for the most part I think my life isn't bad and mostly it is good.

Currently reading: A Short History of Nearly Everything by Bill Bryson
Listening to, on rotation at work when people start talking too loud and interfering with my concentration: Belle & Sebastian, Teenage Fanclub, The Beatles,
Radio Head, Badly Drawn Boy, Elliot Smith, The Jam, Tori Amos.
And on occassion at other times: Ben Harper, Bob Mould, Corduroy, Miles Davis & John Coltrane, Herbie Hancock & Chick Corea etc.
This is why I have never put my musical tastes out there before there is so much though if I had to sum it up though, as a rule its Jazz or Classical for Sunday Breakfasts with heaving leanings towards Brit Pop most other days.

Thank you for the encouragement - I feel like such an amateur technologically speaking when it comes to blogs. I have really only been reading various blogs for about two weeks and felt compelled to have my own. I guess for a change I actually wanted to participate. I like to think of myself as one of life's observers, ie. my reason for watching reality t.v. for instance or the people who let themselves go after a few too many at the office Christmas party - and I remember everything they did while they do not.
